- By chat: You can access our chat system on our main site or on our application by clicking the chat bubble at the bottom right on your web browser and a technician will answer you as soon as possible.
- By email: You can email us for less urgent questions from support@nubis.ca and we will respond as soon as possible.
- We can also assist you remotely with our LogMeIn remote assistance system. You can access it by clicking the link in the footer of our web application: Remote Support (LogMeIn). Our support technician will generate a code for you, which you must enter in the web page, and click on “Start download”. A small application will be downloaded, which you must run so that the technician can attend the remote session. We only do this during phone calls requesting more technical investigation, or to guide you in setting up your new company.
- Quick Start Guide: Our guide is a great tool for those beginning to set up their company. It gives a general explanation of the software on the basic configuration (Company, payroll items, etc.). You can find our guide in the footer of our web application, or in the support section of our web page.
